lillie’s q hot pepper vinegar, 25 grams
lemon simple syrup, 25 grams
sugar, 200 grams
water, 200 grams
lemon peel, 75 grams
cardamom, 15 grams
Lemon Simple Syrup
To Make the Lemon Simple Syrup:
Toast cardamom in a pan on low for a few minutes to bring out the flavor.
Add the water, sugar, lemon and toasted cardamom to a pot and bring to a boil.
Remove pot from heat and cool at room temp. Once cooled, store in a container in the fridge overnight.
To Build The Drink:
Add ice to a glass.
Use a strainer to add the lemon simple syrup.
Add the Hot Pepper Vinegar.
Finish with Topo Chico.
