Why No. 100? In Alabama, white barbeque sauce reigns king on smoked chicken. We took this traditional mayonnaise and vinegar-based sauce and raised it a few notches by adding in hot peppers for some heat. With a spicy hot heat rating of 100 on the Scoville scale, these peppers can be up to 40 times hotter than a jalapeño pepper.

White Wing sauce

I have no affiliation with Lillies Q , but I Tried The Buffalo Wings sauce first and it had the most layered and unique flavors of any Buffalo sauce I have ever tried. It was so good , I bought 3 smaller bottles online through Amazon . Just figured I would try the White Wing sauce because the other was so good . The white sauce was excellent as well , with obviously a whole different flavor profile. Well done , Im a huge fan!

Had to track this down

Found it in my local grocery temporarily, and loved it so much (with fries, on sandwiches and wraps, over veggies, rice and more), I had to find the company to order direct! So tangy.
