8lbs serves a large family, or split and freeze for easy weeknight meals. Ships fully smoked and frozen. Keep in vacuum sealed bag for heating.

Heating Instructions

No. 1
DEFROST OR FREEZE
If you plan to cook your pork within 3 days, store in your refrigerator. Otherwise, freeze immediately upon arrival and defrost for a day when you are ready to use. All items can be kept frozen for up to 2 months.

PREP & HEAT
Our product has been smoked and fully cooked to maintain the highest level of quality. To finish at home, keep pork in the vacuum-sealed bag. DO NOT OPEN vacuum-sealed bag and preheat your oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.

Once completely thawed, place the vacuum-sealed bag in a roasting plan along with 1 cup of water in the bottom of the plan. Heat for approximately 3 hours.

After heating, cut the bag open in the roasting plan. Enjoy!

PORTION & STORAGE
If you are not planning to consume the entire 7 pounds that day, create smaller servings by portioning the pork in larger pieces while evenly distributing the juices.

If using within the 3 days, pork can be stored in the fridge. Otherwise freeze remaining pork and juices for use at a later date.

Excellent Pulled Pork

Ha didn't even need their sauces since the smoky flavor was so good. Great texture as well. Just be aware that there is heating time so may not be able to serve it the day delivered.
