Why No. 16? We're proud to have two Memphis in May championships under our belt, and each one has their own story. In 2016, our Carolina Dirt rub was it. Our winning pork shoulder received all the TLC our team had to give, but perhaps none more important than the healthy coat of Carolina Dirt a full 24 hours before a judge's fork was lifted. In the realm of barbeque tips, patience may be a virtue, but this stuff is practically magic.

Carolina dirt

The best. Flavor is amazing it perfectly balanced in prefer it most on poultry. Going to try it on some pork ribs. And possibly a brisket. I don't think it will disappoint one of the best out there. Highly recommend.
