Good things come to those who wait, and this could don't be more true than when smoking brisket. We smoke our brisket slow and low for 12 hours over oak wood, and then let it rest 12 hours more. This rest allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat and thicken, making this the most flavorful and tender brisket you will bite into.

Fully smoked and ships frozen.

Thawed brisket reheats in vacuum-sealed bag placed in boiling water within 30 minutes.

Our product has been fully cooked to maintain the highest level of quality. To finish at home, keep brisket in the vacuum-sealed plastic bag and thaw when ready to use.


Fill a large pot with enough water to completely cover the package. Place the pot on your stovetop and set your burner to high. Set a timer for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, pull the package from the water, cut the bag open and empty contents into your desired serving dish.

Serve brisket on it's own or on rolls for sandwiches, make brisket nachos, top on fries...
