Great on pork

First tried this style sauce years ago in N. Carolina on pulled pork. The ENC is a faithful version this type of sauce and great on all pork and chicken.

Best Eastern Carolina Sauce

So far I have been through 2 bottles of the ENC sauce. I think it is my favorite of all! Tangy, slight heat, and really penetrates the flavor in every bite. I have used ENC on all meats, even fish. Definitely my go to. I guarantee if you try it, you’ll buy more!

Spicy!!

I have never had eastern North Carolina bbq but I love vinegar so I figured I would love this sauce. I tried it on some bbq’d chicken, and it was much spicier than I expected. I plan to try it on other meats that might pair better with this. I’m a huge fan of all LillieQ sauces! Just need to find how to make this one work :)
