Q-RUB
Why No. 78? The Q in our name isn't just for barbeque. It's for Charlie's dad Quito McKenna. And while we officially opened our doors in Chicago in 2010, you could say it really all started in 1978, when Quito was stationed in California with the Air Force. Having grown up on Lillie's Southern-style barbeque, Quito was exposed to Santa-Maria style tri tips. He was quickly hooked and became eager to infuse some West-coast flavor into the traditionally Southern barbeque recipes he had always loved. Which gave birth to this very dry rub, named in honor of the man who first brought it home.

Great flavor!

After trying this seasoning just once…this is my go to for steak! Bought each of our kids a jar for stocking stuffers. Great stuff!

OH So Good

I use this in place regular and seasoned salts, it has enhanced every meats I've used this on including: chicken, pork, beef and ground Buffalo. I also use it in my pasta sauce. Oh! popcorn, eggs, French fries too.

I put that **** on everything!

My husband and I LOVE your Q-Rub. The simplicity and versatility of the flavor make it our go-to for seasoning everything from meat to veggies. We've even got my in-laws replacing their salt and pepper shakers at the table with Lillie's Q-Rub. Our only complaint is that we wish it came in a larger size container.
