Decent Sauce

No true Eastern NC sauce should ever have mustard as an ingredient. You can certainly taste the mustard. Fine ingredient for the Carolina sauce. South Carolina sauces feature mustard as a primary ingredient. The sauce isn't bad, just not a good representation of ENC sauce. Would not buy it again. Nice bottle, label, marketing, etc. I'm just a sauce snob.
