Starting Point

This is the sauce that I bought on a whim. It is the one that had me sold on Lillie’s from the beginning.

Since then I haven’t been disappointed.

Spicy

I love this sauce. However, I don’t think -for me- I would use this directly on my food. Rather, it’s something I would use as a mop sauce on pulled pork. It will lessen the bite, but the vinegar will bring out the flavor of this sauce.
